Rules

Social Market is a paid advertising placement service for supported social profiles. These rules explain how listings, payments, ranking, profile submissions, and moderation work.

Effective September 2, 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use the service, submit a profile, or make a payment.

Profile submissions

Anyone may submit or boost a supported profile, including a profile they do not own. Submit only public profile information that you have the right to use and that does not violate law, platform rules, or another person's rights.

Social Market does not request social-media passwords or private account access. It retrieves supported public profile metadata through its configured provider and does not fetch arbitrary URLs.

Platform and niche

A new listing uses the submitted profile's platform and one selected niche. Once its first payment is verified, later boosts keep the same platform, profile identity, and niche.

Payments and boosts

A new listing requires a minimum placement payment of $1. An existing listing can be boosted with a minimum payment of $2. Payments are made in whole US dollars, and one payment is limited to $100,000.

Every verified payment is added to the listing's placement total. A boost does not replace or withdraw earlier payments.

Rank and estimates

Rank is determined by verified paid total. Ties are resolved by the time the current total was reached and then by a stable internal identifier. Any rank shown before payment confirmation is an estimate and may change as other payments are verified.

Activation

A payment is not complete until Stripe confirms it through the verified payment process. A browser redirect or checkout return does not activate a listing by itself.

Public information and clicks

A listed profile may display its platform, handle, public profile metadata, niche, placement total, rank, and accepted outbound click count. Click totals represent accepted tracking events and do not guarantee destination-page loads or identify individual people.

Moderation and removal

Social Market may reject, limit, hide, or remove a listing or profile information that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, impersonating, infringing, unsafe, or unsuitable for the service. It may also act when required to protect the service, users, payment providers, or third parties.

Removal or reduced visibility does not automatically reverse a settled placement payment.

No refunds

All placement payments are final and non-refundable. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Non-affiliation and contact

Social Market is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the social platforms represented on the service. Questions about these rules or a payment can be sent to elias@bitshifthq.com. See the Terms and Privacy Policy for the other terms that apply.
