Terms of service
By accessing or using Social Market, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully before submitting a profile or making a payment.

The service
Social Market provides public paid advertising placements and ranked listings for supported social profiles. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the service or any listing.
Eligibility and submissions
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may submit or boost a profile you do not own, but you are responsible for having the right to submit the information and for complying with applicable law and platform rules. Payment does not create ownership, authorization, endorsement, or affiliation.
Payments and ranking
Payments are processed by Stripe. New listings require at least $1, boosts require at least $2, and a single payment cannot exceed $100,000. The amount and currency shown at checkout apply to the payment. Payment does not guarantee a rank, position, duration, clicks, followers, engagement, or any other outcome.

Final payments
All placement payments are final and non-refundable. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Acceptable use
Do not use Social Market for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, impersonating, or malicious activity, or for activity that violates a platform's rules. You remain responsible for information and content you submit.
Moderation and termination
We may reject, suspend, hide, or remove content or listings and may restrict access when necessary to operate or protect the service, users, payment providers, or third parties. Such action does not automatically reverse a settled payment.
Public profile information
Information displayed on a listing is based on public profile data and may be stale, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the relevant platform. Social Market does not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of third-party profile information.
Intellectual property and platform terms
Social Market and BitShift, LLC retain rights in the service, software, branding, and original content. Social-platform names, marks, and profile content belong to their respective owners. Your use of a represented social platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of third-party metadata, any rank or traffic result, or the availability of a social profile. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitShift, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service. Its total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the placement giving rise to that claim.
Your responsibility to BitShift
You agree to defend and indemnify BitShift, LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from information you submit, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or another person's rights.
General terms
These Terms and the Rules are the entire agreement between you and BitShift, LLC about the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; BitShift, LLC may assign these Terms as part of a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the service.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Delaware law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving New Castle County, Delaware.
